Greetings again. I just had to tell you that I've been inspired to do a painting based off of this wonderful shot. It's still a work in progress but you can view it here: WiP - Sacramento Bridge [link]

True... but it's supposed to be a gold color... not nearly a yellow...

Tower Bridge looks awesome! The gold tones really bring the bridge to life. The Zig (building in the background) looks good too.

i like the light you've captured. I think it would be better either without the tree or with more of the tree in the frame. Also, and this is just personal preference, I'd have liked to see a tad more perspective in the shot by moving to the right a little more (but I know this might not have been possible what with a road there and all! hehe)
Did you use a tripod? Focus seems a tad off, but if you weren't using a tripod then it's good! I know how hard that is to do.. I don't own one myself and my bf's broke!

when i had the film developed the photo was so grainy that detail couldn't be seen very much. i edited it a bit with paintshop, not photo shop since i'm not good with that. hehehe! i did use a tripod but it was windy that my tripod kept wiggling or something. thanks for the critique. appreciate it.

ah ok. you could try a noise reduction program .. and yeah good, sturdy tripods are expensive

i did an auto noise removal, adjusted the saturation, backlighting, contrast, levels and i clarified the picture, its as good as it gets. i can do a before and after pic of how i edited it. haha! the original one really doesn't look like that. and yeah, i just bought a $30 tripod, i mainly use it for nightshots, it just so happened that it was windy that night. hahaha!

the light captured -- trully brings to the photo -- a moment of time gone by -- like the framing and angle chosen -- later days
