"Its going to be a long way 'till we get there. Do you think we'd make it?" he asked. "I don't know. The question is, do we still have a house to go home to." she replies with a sigh. "Don't worry." he takes her hand, "We don't need a house to have a home. We have each other."
I don't know if that makes sense to you... hehe! It does to me. Its a story I wrote years ago about a brother and sister who ran away from home to be away from their abusive step father, and knowing that he's dead they're going back. Yadayadayada.
