People complain too much. Especially about the weather. They hate the cold winter, they hate rainy and windy autumn and spring, and they hate the sunburning summer. They can't stand being cold, wet or hot & sweaty. You know what? We should start a new world war. Just to make people realize there are worse thing in this world than not having perfect weather all the fucking time.

Quite true. In some science-fiction novels, the weather department controls the weather, and most of the time, it is to set a nice, temperated weather, raining only at some hours of night...
