How to make such polygons like the ones in the background? There is a filter called 'stained glass' in photoshop, which does the exact same thing, but it has obligatory border and its thickness cannot be set to 0

Mushcube made a PS action that does something similar, which I personally prefer over the stock PS pixelation. IIRC it's called "crumpy" or something.

Is that I read some stuff in google about Win8 + Litestep... and isn't clear to my the fact of running a Litestep theme on Win8... some says it works, others say it don't... so in the end, work or not work Litestep on Win8? o.0

on my attempt to run litestep on 8 it worked, i could install it and apply themese but there were moments when it switced itself from litestep shel to windows shell by itself
