You're astonishing, dude! Light is just great.
Although, and despite ~septerranights comment, as a feedback I wish to mention the reflection in the water feels ackward to me. Maybe it's a bit too bright, maybe it's the slight angle with the reflected building, it draws my eye off the deep atmosphere of the scene.
Just wished to mention it and show I'm no kiss-ass.

Man, you really understand the science of painting snow; the right mix of light and dark blues. Snow isn't something that one might think is very difficult, but there's so much more to it than just white.
Do you use references for images like this? All of the hues are incredibly realistic.

It feels like the scene from Saving Private Ryan, when they refuse to take the little girl from the building when her family try to force her to go with the American soldiers.
The feel is of this scene, as time has past and the town is in ruine and winter has kicked in. A place of total silence.
