i did see what tali looked under her mask through a camera trick in ME1. it was something like that. not very attractive, but im glad they fixed it up in part 3. some what.

It's just there are no more concepts, we know what quarians look like now.

But it's just plain terrible, lazy concept work done by EA to cheapen the costs. The community (and those who originally designed the quarians) won't accept it.Β

I'm not talking about the Photoshopped picture of that model.
They released a 3D model (non-colored) of what she looked like.
In synthesis they show a face of a quarian.
