Continuing with ToonBoom Animate Pro 3 practice, here's a simple head turn of an original character.  For future exercises, I want to do some more character animation of Conroy created by Doodley, and other stuff! I am even in the middle of my first actual project using ToonBoom! Stay tooned!

Ooh! Smooth!
Looks horribly complicated though!

It's a chore learning the mechanics of ToonBoom when building your first rig. But once the rig is complete and functional, you'd be amazed at how much your animation improves when it's not bogged down by nested animations.

yow, that's a lot of layers to work with... but I suppose it's to be expected to get auto-tweened animations to look just right.

I usually try to work with as little as possible to reduce the clutter, but I guess I need to start using the parent/child folders more often to do just that

Or you could just redraw everything every frame.  ... Only need like 3 layers.  'Totes.
