On Instagram I have a series dedicated to the B-list heroes and villains associated with the 1980's and 90's TMNT cartoon and toyline. This mutant red bull came before the energy drink but well after the Chicago Bulls logo/mascot. He and his partner Dirtbag made it into a few episodes and had some pretty gnarly looking toys.
