On Instagram I have a series dedicated to the B-list heroes and villains associated with the 1980's and 90's TMNT cartoon and toyline. From the mean streets of Canada comes this mutated moose, who appears to be a former (or current?) Mountie. He never made it onto the show, but made for a pretty cool figurine.
