Omniscient is nothing compared to omnipotence. We know Galactus can be defeated since he has before, but by the end of Final Wars it was heavily implied that Godzilla had absolute infinite power, something akin to a physical god.

I'm sorry, but Galactus would annihilate even Final Wars Godzilla. Godzilla has no feats that are even comparable to what Galactus can do. Even if he has been defeated, we are discussing the Marvel Universe. Godzilla may be the strongest being in his respective franchise, but it's not like any of the monsters he deals with are that impressive compared to a handful of superheroes in the Marvel and DC Universes. Godzilla's power is measured by an infinity symbol at the end of Final Wars and the director of the film said himself that was meant to symbolize Godzilla becoming omnipotent. Galactus is extremely powerful but he is nowhere near omnipotent.

Power measurements never qualify as any sort of feat, first of all. In DBZ, for example, power levels mean nothing, as they are never consistent, and exist solely to show that they are useless. In the case of Final Wars, the measurements exceeding could easily mean that whatever type of scanner humans used to measure his abilities maxed out. One must also consider what omnipotent means in respect to the Godzilla franchise, where Godzilla is the only being that could ever be considered such, whereas Galactus is hardly the most powerful being in the Marvel Universe, but clearly outclasses Godzilla.
Additionally, it says nothing about the versatility of his powers, which, compared to Galactus, are far from such. Godzilla, though powerful, is limited in his outlets for power, while Galactus really isn't. Galactus is not omnipotent, but neither is Godzilla. However, Galactus gravitates far more to omnipotence with as many powers as he has and a link to the power cosmic.
The bottom line is that there isn't a single FEAT that Godzilla has that surpasses what Galactus can do.

What sort of measuring tool defaults to infinity? Wouldn't it make mpre sense for it to break or show a large number rather than claim infinite power?
You're entirely right that Godzilla can't compare in terms of feats but that doesn't change the fact that he is literally stated to be limitless in power by word of god. We don't get enough screentime or reason to see this power utilized but it is there as confirmed by the director. I've never heard the term omnipotence used outside of the context of literal omnipotence and I'm going to take the director's words literally.
If we're basing this on feats I'd agree but if going on what is told I side with FW Godzilla. Galactus is very powerful for a non-omnipotent being but near-omnipotence is far from true omnipotence.

No, not really. In fact, it just makes me question the tool even more. Nothing can measure infinity, because infinity is, well, infinite. Also, power scaling or measurements don't count as feats. Additionally, any director/writer/etc. can claim that any character is omnipotent. It doesn't mean much unless their power is displayed.
You can't really say that this is confirmed by the director, and omnipotence has relative meanings depending on the franchise at hand. Omnipotence, like infinity, aren't really verifiable in canon. So many characters are "infinitely strong" or "omnipotent" within their respective franchises, but it really doesn't mean anything when weighed against other, similar characters.
Also, even actual omnipotence doesn't make a character invincible. Consider Superman, who has been proven to be infinitely strong and faster than the speed of light. He still has weaknesses and can still be defeated with kryptonite, magic, and red sun radiation.
Now consider Godzilla, who has canonically died and been beaten before. Sure, Final Wars Godzilla may have not, but Galactus has very versatile abilities, whereas Godzilla has very limited output for his powers. He really can't do a lot with them other than blow things up, whereas Galactus can manipulate dimensions, absorb and manipulate energy, is invulnerable (relatively speaking), has the power of possession, and can manipulate reality, to name a few. Hell, a character with those abilities wouldn't even need to be omnipotent or have a high power output to kill Godzilla. Galactus can just turn Godzilla into a weaker, subdued character, by changing the rules around how he functions. No version of Godzilla can hold a candle to him.
