Background Info

Jazz (as she prefers to be called) Was born on an Earth colony in the furthest reaches of the Theta Quadrant. Living in such a remote place was difficult, but became quite impossible when slavers and crooks started mining the planet's ZERLOT supply. The planet quickly died, and due to a series of unfortunate events (she doesn't like to talk about it) She ended up without a family, and without a home by the age of 14.

The first good thing to happen to her life was being picked up by Galactic Police, where she eventually became one of their best and most promising recruits, (thanks to the diligent efforts of Manny when it came to written exams of course) She protects and serves the galaxy so that others can have what she lacked for most of her life.

Personality

Jazz is optimistic, hard headed, friendly, and reckless. She almost always tends to act first and think later, and it's gotten her into tons of trouble, but her heroic efforts have nabbed her tons of respect and admiration by the police force (as well as many citizens around the galaxy) She is extremely kind however, and always tries to do the right thing at great personal risk. Although she isn't opposed to it, she has police code ingrained in her training, so she'll try to subdue the culprit before she'll try to kill them.

Lastly she's a huge dork and loves to tease/flirt/mess with people.

Abilities

She's had specialized officer training. Pretty good at hand-to-hand combat, excellent shot, and quick to the draw, she's also pretty acrobatic. Able to use her jet boots with great ease and precision, (she couldv'e gone pro man! If there was a pro for that kind of thing!)

Other than that her abilities only extend to what the average/below average human could do in any other category. She's a tough cookie, but she isn't gonna be solving the toughest problems without Space-Google.

Weaknesses

She has a soft-spot for the under-privileged and homeless. So much so that it can blind her judgment in certain cases. As much as she teases Manny, in the same light she is rather protective of him and he could be seen as a weakness if it's used against her.

Physically she's a skinny human, so she could get squished pretty easily.
