-"Tex" lived a privileged life in the Presidium, the only rich-esque living left in Grand's dwindling metropolis
-Years prior his home was attacked and the Presidium was uplifted by mutations
-The situation called for volunteers, so Tex joined Grand to help in any way possible

Personality
-Loyal, but distrusting of others
-is a huge nerd, very excitable about things he's interested in
-Believes strongly in order
-Tense and easily overwhelmed
-Is Asexual, but prefers others not to know

Abilities
-Tactical knowledge
-Proficient in Long-Range combat
-Weak physically but is an excellent sharp-shooter
