[link]I don't really focus too much on many genres of music, so I don't really have many favorite bands. But then there's Cryoshell.
Launched by a bunch of people writing catchy rock songs to promote BIONICLE's 2007-2008 lines, they have created fantastic songs that have embodied the spirit of the toyline's final years in ways not many other songs can. Not to mention, they are REALLY FREAKIN' FUN to listen to. I'd buy their albums in a hurry if they were available not-digitally (I don't use iTunes). Although I think Amazon custom prints physical albums, so maybe...
Anyways, I found the visuals to their Bye Bye Babylon music video pretty simplistic to recreate thematically with the assets we have related to survival & post-apoc areas (not to mention how much that Triska character reminds me of their main singer Christine Lorenz (I hope I got the name close enough)), so I did this little tribute to their work.

Still wish that they still had sheet music on their site (or that they even still have a site, for that matter). I can sorta work out a few themes by ear on the piano, but I'd love to be able to fully recreate their songs as part of a secret desire to see how they would sound if they were orchestrated.
Not a bad recreation of the Bye Bye Babylon music video scene, either. Personally, I think that song is my favorite of the ones that they've done, since it definitely has kind of an "Egyptian rock" style that fits the barren deserts of Bara Magna.
