Twas bored and wanted to get back to some big-challenge reskinning. As such, I gave into a small desire I've had for a while and decided to recreate the outfit of one of my favorite incarnations of the Doctor. I think it turned out really well in this instance.
Who knows, this might become a series if I feel up for it.
