Another one relating to my real-life views.

I am not opposed in concept to MLP mods for games like Left 4 Dead. It's your copy of the game, do as you see fit. However, I personally don't feel right using these kind of mods, at least with my L4D1 cast & campaigns. I do have a few of them installed (including some playermodel ones), but generally, I keep them restricted within my L4D2 cast experiences.

People have oft noted the tone differences between L4D1 & L4D2. I have as well, to the extent that I'm willing to use more outlandish survivor replacements & whatnot in a L4D2-centered map as opposed to a L4D1-centered one. So while Coach & Ellis might find themselves by Liberty Prime, Princess Celestia, or the Doctor, I will never break up the iconic team of Louis, Zoey, Bill & Francis in my L4D1 experiences. And that means Derpy can take her muffins and go somewhere else when it's semi-grimmer time.
