(Just watched the new trailer) Well...looks like you were right after all. And to be honest, it looks pretty good, and I'm looking forward to it...but I'm also kinda worried; I mean, if this movie fails, then MLP:FIM is gonna take a big downhill turn. Let's just hope this movie pulls off.

Well, I did make this before said trailer, when the images I was seeing in the KYM feeds were indicating these would be more official (I was at one point going to use the line-up image of the Mane Six from the earlier leak). Plus it fit the slightly alarmist tone I wanted to go for.

Eh. Like everybrony that still is calm about this, I just wait and give this show a chance. Although, I think I MIGHT not like the first episodes... but then again, that's what happened when I first time started to watch FiM. The first two episodes were just... eer... well, I could see what they were doing, but they simply held back too much.
And also, people need to get over Twicorn and just accept the change. And besides, it's not really that horrible. It could have been done better, but at least the writers were able to pull it off somewhat good.

It's been confirmed that a TV show of Equestria Girls is coming, but I doubt this movie's very existence; if there really was a theatrical film for it coming out, we would've seen a trailer for it by now. That's how theatrical movies work; always portraying exciting trailers for it that leave you itching in your seat for it. Equestria Girls? Nothing, so far. Not even a TV-based commercial.
But, then again, it COULD be true as well; I doubt it, but it could be. I guess the only way we're all gonna know it to wait until June 16 (which isn't far now) and see what happens.

Truth be told I didn't really bother to look up anything about this 'Equestria Girls' thing. I'm remaining adamantly neutral about it. Chances are I'll miss out on it anyway, but if opportunity presents itself, I'll watch it.
I like the little news reports at the bottom, though. Some very clever ones there, the Arthuurs one definitely surprised me.

We can't learn the Doctor's name. It's a tremendous secret, from the very start. The moment Ian called him:
Ian: Doctor Foreman-
The Doctor: Eh? Doctor Who? Who's he talking about?
As for the regeneration, I can't wait. I have gotten interested with Doctor Who in the middle of Matt Smith's era, and never got the chance to grown up with a Doctor. Like, seeing him from the start, to finish, not knowing anything (as long as I keep away from spoilers) and watching his character develop, watching him pick up little quirks, such as the First Doctor's lapel gripping, the Second Doctor's childish behaviour, the Third Doctor being frustrated by primitive earth technology, the Fourth Doctor with those jelly babies, the Fifth Doctor making decisions with a flip of a coin, the Sixth Doctor being arrogant, the Seventh Doctor rolling his 'r's, the Eighth Doctor snogging complete strangers, the Ninth Doctor saying 'Oy!', the Tenth Doctor tilting his head and saying 'Weeeeellllll,', and the Eleventh Doctor straightening his bowtie.
I never got the chance to watch Doctor Who like that. And it'll be quite a change.
And speaking of regeneration, what do you think will happen once the Thirteen life limit is reached?

I've seen some pretty stupid ideas for spinoffs for shows and this by far takes the cake as the worst one yet. It will probably only last a season, like most other spinoffs. Then they focus again on their main show.

Honestly, I'm willing to give Equestria Girls a shot. Again, it's only a spin-off. Not like it's actually gonna affect Friendship is Magic in any way.

I mean, I understand why people got upset about Twicorn but don't see why people are getting upset about EG. There has been no clips, no sneak previews, nothing. Once the show airs, the complain. I'm a little disappointed that the MLP movie I was hearing about will just be the first episode of EG (I was kinda hopping for a Grand Finale similar to Wakko's Wish) though.
And it's still a spinoff. If it sucks, then ignore it.

Indeed. I haven't been watching The Hub in awhile (mostly due to that fact that I'm at college and I don't get The Hub up there), but I do wonder if this straight-to-DVD/Hub original movie actually exists.
Oh well. I'll wait till June. If EG ends up sucking, I can always wait till Season 4.

I'm both looking forward to and am worried about Equestria Girls: I'm excited because it's more MLP:FIM stuff, but I'm worried that it might ruin everything (but then again, everybody thought Twilicorn was gonna ruin everything, and it hasn't!). At least it'll be more MLP:FIM media to keep our inner bronies satisfied until Season 4.
