[link]I hear Payday: The Heist has a notorious high difficulty level, even if you stick with the safe/pussy levels of Easy or Normal. As such, I don't have any intents on playing it anytime soon.
In spite of that, I quite like the game's style, and with the No Mercy L4D crossover level, my enjoyment of it has only increased. These robbers are not guys to be trifled with.

Difficulty with Payday varies greatly because of RNG. As a result on normal you can have one run that is painfully difficult, followed by a run that is laughable easy, or anything in between. Once you get your reputation high enough and some really good guns the difficulty is a bit more even.
Acutally I've played on hard mode a little bit and I can honestly say that it's easier than playing on Normal sometimes due to it being less predictable.
