More Spanish Inquisition-esque mash ups! Here we have the British, techy, TRON-loving leader of the Deckers, Matt Miller, here represented by Octavia.

Why her? Well, if I went with Vinyl, you'd expect that, wouldn't you? And these reskins run on the unexpected factor a lot of the time.

This was a fun one, mostly because I feel doing some work with her hair/tail makes her stand out a lot more. Matt might've not had blue highlights in his hair, but I think that in this case, they work.
