The Saints Row reskinning business is back for another go, baby!

I had some big ambitions for presidential outfits for everyone to contribute to a selection for Sants Row IV, but seeing as not many people use these reskins as it is, I'm keeping it simple and only doing the newer characters that are part of the SR4 main cast, plus a signifigant outfit change for Fluttersaint the Boss just because its necessary.

To start you off, I present Shaity... and Shaity. Yep, the SR2 version of Shaundi gets adapted here, and I must say I love how I handled the hair. Dunno if I'll do anything more with the top, but I think it's looking about alright.

Also, Octavia as Matt Miller is updated to the Overhaul standard, just so you know. She'll be released when I finally make Fancy Pants as Phillipe Loren and can release a Syndicate pack.
