Nice work on Lizzieβs lip bite. I find these somewhat a headache to do, especially with GF3, and if I remember right Lizzie is based on GF3.

I don't know who this girl is, because I don't know the plot.
If this whole story is a prequel, then it could be the previous maid.
If this is part of the main story, then it can be one of the professor's students. It is likely that the Professor gives private lessons (in Russia this is common practice).

I already wrote that Lizzie is named after the heroine of a very old Russian novelet (Poor Liza). The name Alice too, it may meet.
But the name is Ivanka definitely non-Russian.
Firstly we have no names, having both male and female forms (such as John-Johanna).
Second, for Russian names ending "-ka" it's definitely a diminutive form of name (with a touch of disdain).
