well... i love these two soooo much, they're my two favorites out of every DBZ character....
especially 17 i like how they were once bad and then turned good... thats how all my characters usually turn out
i really wish 17 was in the series more though... and not just the 30 secs he got in the buu saga...
but then again, atleast i got to see 18 through the series
oh yeah and when 17 was in GT, but he was the villain
but still so cool

Would be even better if you upped the contrast and cleared the colors. I'm diong that with my picture if the scanner mad them less bright by using the free program Irfanview [link]
