Description
This is a piece that originally started out as a clients work. I was instructed to create a web home page with lighthouse, boat, treasure chest and submarine all in place as menu options. Unfortunately communications broke down between myself and the client and I stopped work on the picture. I saw it sitting around today and decided to stick a big hand in there for no reason whatsoever and there is no story behind this as it's not something I'd normally do.I did start by painting a giant fish, then a giant shark but felt that had been done before a lot so opted for a more Monty Python-esque giant hand.
I called in 'Neptune' because I couldn't think of anything else. It's not necessarily a depiction of Neptune.

haha yeah I guess so! My problem is having too many and not being able to do them all or forgetting half of what I thought of in the first place.

You should get yourself an "Idea cookbook". Basically a journal of ideas.
That's what I usually do. Whenever an art idea comes into my head I write it down and write out notes of who I think I could commission to have it done if I'm unable to do it.

Yeah I do write lists of ideas down ( I have a mountain at the moment ) but I still always manage to forget some! Or I forget to look at my list!

Yeah, I know the feeling.
As for me, it's a case of having these ideas but little to no money for the commissions and all that. Been doing a lot of job hunting but....nothing's come up.
