Can this dragon breathe fire? The harness would have to be impervious to fire. Β Digging the girl's outfit, too, it's practical with an antique vibe.

It is actually a wyvern, so I'm not sure it can breathe fire. Β The art notes never said yay or nay. Β On the other hand, every viewer brings their own perception to the piece, so ultimately the fire breathing is up to you
