One thing. There too blurred. You tried to get a nice effect by guassian blurring them.. but you used too high of values. try about a .2.
the lightness of each toe is off as well. it can easily be seen that you used one photograph to create this peice. you should have adjusted the levels of each (ctrl-L) and then adjusted the curves, to make them all seem as if there lit the same way.
Other than that.. the text seems straight. and the borders were created by you.. so that must be the effect you wanted. The only thing I can think of that would make the borders seem a little see attention drawn would be the fact to lower the amount of space between the overlapping parts.
Good Idea, needs some work.
Did you actually memorize each toes name..? (like.. if I were to meet you this weekend.. and ask how vinod is doing.. and where he is.. you could answer.?)

well, i used ten different photos (it was easier than using one photo), didn't really care about the light values (its gives each one character), and the pictures were naturally blurry (the only thing I changed was the contrast.) So, I bite my thumb at you, sir.

Def the tot best thing I've ever seen on this site. The most meaningful piece of work ever to exist, aside, of course, from JOURNALS on deviantART complaining about people who waste server space. This website was definitely made for journals anyway, but I think this comes close to their greatness....
