Erika is from Umineko Chiru. It exists as a sound novel and manga, not anime.

Thanks for that but I'm honestly completely lost with the whole when they cry thing. I've seen all of Higurashi (kai and rei) and umineko no naku koro ni but the end of that cuts off and never truly ends the story what comes after that? Does it continue? And im assuming Umineko Chiru has something to do with it all.

Yep, Umineko no naku koro ni Chiru for just Umineko is the same as Higurashi no naku koro ni Kai for Higurashi :3 Lots of riddles are solved there. Not all of them, of course.

At first I thought this would be a 3 panel picture but after clicking on this I enjoyed the animation and the different expressions!
I love the part where Bernkastels head turns down and has that crazy expression!
