Came here through your forum post
Your earth dragon is really cute as is! I like the colors you chose. The color scheme is pleasant to look at.
What would make it more interesting is if you varied the thickness of the body throughout the dragon. I can picture the rocky portion being thicker to emphasize/stabilize that wonderful greenery growing on top of it. Also, you can vary the thickness of the waterfalls as well for visual interest. Depending on what mood in which you intend to portray your dragon (cute, elegant, ancient/wise, etc.), I feel that you can play with the shape of the head, the rock headdress, and the tail leaves more. I feel that you can add more flow the whiskers at the face too. Right now, they're just dropping straight down. Ultimately, you might want to pay more attention to the overall silhouette of your dragon. Variation, rhythm, and flow of form can make your dragon even more impressive than it is now.

Thank you for the insightful critique! I feel like I try to portray things as elegant or wise but just end up making it cute I especially like your suggestion of varying the weight along the body, I'll keep that in mind!

No problem
Elegant forms usually tend to be longer and more flowing.
