the finished piece.its not come out exactly as i would've liked but fairly pleased with it nonetheless.
some of the fills are a bit dodgy as are other bits and bobs. i think i should have done all of the moths with digital manipulation and not had one of them as a pencil drawing, as this looks like it doesn't really fit.
many thanks to newblood for his help in completing this bugger.

hmmm...interesting...i swear ive seen this somewhere before...and how did you get the background in the shape of a hundred moths...i must meet the man who owns the photoshop skills to produce such effects..and if he helped me to do it i might even give him aknoledgement on any work i submitted on a site such as this !

i think its visually very successfull and interesting.
i would take the perdantic critisisms in perspective of the work that the individual who made them submits themselves.
as for answering the brief its so nearly there... maybe more transparent moths to gain an added sense of movement???

i think more transparent moths is a very good idea, once i have my mac it shall be done.

im getting some shots i took with my actionsampler lomo camera at four too if u wanna see them...they might be crap but im quite excited to see how they came out... did i show u the camera? it takes four shots at slightly different angles in 1/4 second intervals.

Still good man, but the bright moth kinda offsets the color for me. Nonetheless, still cool. When are you gonna do those funny spray pieces like you did earlier, like "Jesus is coming- Hide the Bong" and "No.1 Cock." I laughed so hard at the latter that I think I crapped my pants.

I was a bit confused when you put this up before it seemed so empty. "... As this looks like it doesn't really fit" only reason Iād think that is with the white boarder round the pencil drawing (it's a bit thick).

the brief was to come up with a concept that represented the theme of never ending sequences in some way. i was sat trying to think of something one night and saw a moth fluttering round the light and thought that would make a good idea. now i think about it something like closed mazes (thanks to newblood) would probably have been a better choice. your right about the boarder and it is being sorted so it'll lokk a bit more subtle.
