For a while, for a few years (amusing in the period between Spider-Man 2 and 3), BigBDawg001 and I had talked about what we'd do if we did a Spider-Man cartoon. Not too long before the release of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, we'd decided to revisit it, so here we go.

Peter Parker/Spider-Man: Johnny Yong Bosch. Watching the ad Marvel did for Big Time, BigBDawg001 and I agreed we'd like to see Bosch as Peter again, so here we go.

Mary Jane Watson: Michelle Ruff. I'd suggested this to BigBDawg001 and we agreed it was a good idea.

Ben Parker: Dan Gilvezan. I don't remember if I read it somewhere or it just popped into my head, but either way, I thought it was a good idea and BigBDawg001 agreed.

May Parker: Susan Sullivan. I'd gotten the idea from her playing Richard Castle's mother, Martha Rodgers, on Castle. After talking it over with BigBDawg001 , we decided she would make a good Aunt May. And hey, Sullivan's not a stranger to superhero shows, as she was in the pliot to the 1970s Incredible Hulk series, appeared in an episode of Superman: The Animated Series, and voiced Wonder Woman's mother Hippolyta in Justice League.
