I've been working away at this on-and-off for the past 2 weeks or so. Really happy with the result

I guess this would be Azure Rush's 'key art' or something. I might do something similar for Crimson Maiden at some point, when I can summon the motivation.

'Ultimate double act' actually comes from the original novels. In those, Alyss is a singer before she meets Blue and becomes the secondary protagonist. As a reference to that, the various battles and heroics the two of them get into over the course of the series eventually earn them that title. That version of Alyss is completely different to this one, but I kept the term anyway because it sounds cool.
