Okay so I LOVE this page from this week's Bleach chapter (317). There's a lot of meaning in these few panels. And even if you want to (unsuccessfully) argue against the IchiRuki aspect, you can't deny that this is a very important aspect of the "friendship" between them.
Anywho, so at first I just planned to color the 3rd and 4th panels (see link at top) after I finished cleaning this page. I turned it into my team mates at M7 who suggested I color the whole page so they could typeset it and put it in the chapter. So I did.

Oh danggggg,well it's okay,i like Ichihime and Ichiruki,as long as there all happy in the end,it doesn't matter to me who ends up with who,actually I like them iff they all just stayed friends,dont ruin something good by becoming more than that...one-sided would be awesome!

That's a good outlook on it. 
Anywho, if the situation presents itself, I will do a one-sided Orihime->Ichigo IYE. I like to do them from the recent chapters, though, so it might be a while. But I'll keep an eye out. ^_^

Yeah I like to think realistically,I mean to tell you the truth I dont think Tite Kubo wants Ichigo with anyone,I really think there meant to be friends with strong bonds.

Kubo has said that he doesn't want his readers to focus on the romantic relationships of his characters -- particularly the "love triangle" between Ichigo, Rukia, and Orihime. But, clearly, that doesn't stop any of us. XD And quite frankly, I think he is naive to think we would do otherwise. Hahaha
I read the current Japanese manga, so as of last week, that's chapter 365. (Episode 225 in the anime is around chapter 340, but the anime will be going into a long filler arc for the next while.)

I HATE FILLERS! ughhhhhh...yeah I mean it is Shonen jump,not shojo beat,it's not suppose to romantic,but yet Kubo buts pieces of Orihime head over heels for Ichigo and the 'alamost kiss' scene,which I dont really get,because it's shonen,not shojo.

I usually hate fillers, too. But this arc should be REALLY interesting! It's going to reveal the spirits of the shinigami's zanpakutou (including Rukia's, Byakuya's, etc). And all of the spirits are canon designs by Kubo. It should be worth watching, this time.
Just because a manga is shounen, doesn't mean it's void of romantic relationships -- whether one sided or not, apparent or not. Orihime's one sided feelings for Ichigo is a very strong and drastically important part of her character. They explain her motivations, her conflicts, and even what kind of person she is (for example, in the "almost kiss" scene she chooses to say goodbye to him over her best friend Tatsuki, even though she knows he doesn't return her feelings).
Anywho, my point is, Kubo loves dramatic and dynamic characters and romance is a key factor in the creation of such characters, therefore it becomes necessary in a shounen manga.

Me too I ususally hate them but yeah the upcoming ones should be fun and exciting to see,I would love to see Rukia and Byakuyas zanpaktou spirits.
Yeah your right,I mean all shonen has a romantic thing going on with the one,two,or even more of the characters,and dont get me wrong I love love,it's just that in my opinion I think it would really weird if Ichigo ended up with one of the two lovely girls,too me he is suppose to be a good friend to both of them,and if Ichiruki happen,yes it would AWESOME,but then what??? two of the main characters would be together.
