The Story of Bio:
When Cell was about to destroy earth by self destructing, Goku used instant transmission to send him away (king kai's world) and sacrificed his life (and the people of the world) but instead of one living cell three cells survived then azmuth's assistant Myaxx was gathering DNA for the omnitrix but her ship hit a meteor that actived the dimension travel function this she went to the dragon ball multiverse and found the destroyed planet but discovered the cells of an lifeform and collected two of them (which is enough to contain a sapient to the omnitrix) and head back to her dimension then she tell azmuth about her discovery of the android. Azmuth insert the cells to the omnitrix and this recreated cell into his larvae form, azmuth learned that alien is an android created by dr. gero (who is dead). He traveled through time to learn more about cell and that he is hybrid of multiple species such as saiyans and namekians so he insert more species on the DNA sample and gain all of their powers and none of their weaknesses. Years later ben tennyson used the android form for the first time when he was battling albedo and discovered that he have all the powers of his previous aliens with none of their weaknesses and defeated albedo (who was ultimate Humungousaur), ben named his new alien "Bio". Ben learned that bio evolve stronger via life energy aka mana he ask gwen to use her mana to enhance bio and it worked unlocking bio's "Perfect" form.
