Usually Cindi dressed pretty darn lightly, with a layer of fur she overheats pretty easily otherwise. Every once in awhile though, she'll insist on cos-playing, or just dressing up like some sort of action character.This is one of those instances where Cindi just decided to dress up like an anime or video game character. I'm still not entirely certain whether she grabbed the wrong size shirt on accident or on purpose.
