Usually Cindi dressed pretty darn lightly, with a layer of fur she overheats pretty easily otherwise. Every once in awhile though, she'll insist on cosplaying, or just dressing up like some sort of action character.This is one of those instances where Cindi just decided to dress up like an anime or videogame character. I'm still not entirely certain whether she grabbed the wrong size shirt on accident or on purpose.
"Oh, it was totally on purpose. In fact if I were a videogame character proper, I'd probably need to show twice as much cleavage there."

More of a generic anime/fighting-game cosplay, than any specific character. Though I am told the outfit bares some resemblance to Leona's from King of Fighters, and characters from the Burn Up anime.
