No thank YOU. I'm working on a huge (non ink) project right now and your work reminded me that I need to work a day back into my schedule for my ink work. So thank you. Peace.

ohhh you shapist! i see those mandelas! circles, i love tiny circles. i use that all the time. i love the pebbly look. i don't why this didn't think of this til right now, but all your drawings are women. how could i have not noticed?

I'm glad that you like it, this drawing is one of my favourites .
You're right, I draw mostly women. I started to draw men and trees about one year ago, but I have to practice more .

it looks so different if you look at it close up or from a distance. i love that! sometimes i do that and i don't realize because i'm so close the the painting, drawing, etc. when i hold it up or put it on the computer and i find that i like it better than i thought i did or i see something entirely different from i originally thought of it.

i can see being a lot more interested in drawing women than men. for one thing, long hair can look so cool. i've seen some of the hair and your works and it's great. women really have a more pleasing shape than men! lol!

You know what I always do when I'm drawing? I draw at my desk and 2-3 meters behind me is my cupboard with a huge mirror. When I have finished some part of my drawing, I turn around and hold my drawing to the mirror . So I see it from far away. It helps me deciding what to draw next .

I'm more interested in drawing the female form - let's face it: women are far more beautiful . And you're right about the hair, I love drawing hair. But I'm interested in including men in my artworks, too - but they are really difficult to draw.

the mirror idea is a great one! i'm going to have to check along the way as i draw and have more control over how things turn out, it wouldn't be so hit or miss!

absolutely, the smooth, curvy shapes that make up a woman's body are so graceful and beautiful and the male bodies seem much more angular and umm..bumpy? lol. male genitals always strike me as kind of, agressive, i guess, which makes sense! female bodies are much more inviting and warm.

Haha, you're right with "bumpy". This word made me laugh .

hahaha! well it's funny because my husband recently lost a lot of weight and has taken up weight lifting, so, after 16 years of marriage, within one year his body changed completely. it kind of freaks me out. anyway, his ribs show and he has all kinds of bulgy muscles and lots of definition. before he was kind of soft and round but now he's hard and bumpy! he'd probably strangle me if he knew i was saying that. lol!
