First of all big probs for the creativity and your fantasy! I always admire people's ability to create something completely weird (positively), crazy and new. It's just nice to know there's people who actually can step away far enough from reality to create something purely from imagination and aren't just recreating existing things.
My very first thought was, that it gave me vibes to be a figure from Yu-Gi-Oh, PokΓ©mon or some other anime or card game. It kind of gives me shivers, because it's a bit creepy and I adore that you chose purple shades, as it's the colour of fear and fits really well with the concept.
A tiny thing, that kind of bothers me though. I love that the figure is breaking through the frame, it gives the picture more of a 3D effect and doesn't seem "caged in". For my taste those parts reaching over the border maybe could've had a bit more of a contrasting colour compared to the background to stick out a little more. Because in the first moment I thought, the frame has breaks in it, until I recognized it's overlapping bits of the figure.
Other than that, like I said, I love your creativity!!

Totally agree. This design is bizarre, but of good sense
Magnificently designed and constructed, each part and extremity of your body does not feel forced for what is visually, a range of colors quite well selected in a curious way and that bake a visual delight for its appearance, in addition to the quadruple expression that makes both his face as his central eye, as well as in his masks. Something that is not very common for me and I find it quite striking in view
The range of details in conjunction with the textures presented is magnificent and the structure of the character makes it dynamic in the sense that it seems to move. And the concept reminds me a lot of the Inca with touches of Aztec and a hint of Hawaiian, with the mask below that resembles a Tiki mask.
What else can I say to this magnificent design? I do not know if it's a reference, but the name reminds me of "Oracle of Seasons / Ages" and "Breath of the Wind", jijiajijijai
