Description
I visited the Zoo Neuwied last week, for a "show" by a falconer from Bendorf-Sayn.This was the first bird he brought out, a three week old barn owl.

The falconer's words: "No, you can't pet it. First, it doesn't like that. Second, if everyone'd pet it, we soon wouldn't have a barn owl, but a nude owl." XD

XDD We have a vicious Barn owl at the center...she doesn't like men for some reason...

A friend of mine has an adopted cat who doesn't like men, so my friend thinks a man at his former home mistreated him.
And my mother told me a female friend of hers had a parrot who did not like men (possibly due to jealousy...) and once bit a male friend of its owner on the nose. Instant piercing, or something, and that's just a parrot... <_<

Yeah; the grownups living in the zoo sadly hid in their boxes. I did get to keep a wing feather, though.
