I would say that Kiku would be the mom/uke because it's weird seeing him as dad/seme, and I'm really tired of seeing Arthur as a girly crying desu uke.
And Kiku would cook, since Arthur cannot and will probably end up burning their house down.
I think Kiku would be a good mommy, too.
I think it's weird to see Kiku be seme because I've seen him WAY too many times being dominated by Arthur.
