Description
Rules (special rules apply to #114, see below):1. To try for an MTT, you have to draw a full-body, full-color picture of them. Background is not necessary, but a bonus nevertheless. Your entry may be a ref sheet. You may design a human form for the adoptable you are trying for.
2. Provide name, gender, personality, etc in the description of your entry. Keep the personality + history below 500 words. This rule MUST be followed. Lists detailing age, height, weight, etc are separate and do not fall under this limit - but do not try to use these to circumvent the limit on the personality + history - keep it concise.
3.Submit your entry to the "Adoption contest entries" folder in . Do NOT leave a comment with your entry on this deviation. Just submit.
4. This is not first come, first serve! If more than one person tries out for one MTT, I will be the one picking the winner! However, should you be the only one who tries for a specific MTT, it's all yours no questions asked.
5. Entries will be judged based on effort put into the art and the creativeness of the personality/history. If/how you have incorporated the setting (which you can read about here fav.me/d55ra6o in fact, familiarizing yourself with everything in the "resources" folder is a good idea.) can also play a big part. Me and my co-judges will try our best to not judge only according to art skill.
6. You do not have to ask if you can enter! Absolutely anyone can join in, but please do not enter if you already have two or more MTTs.
7. Keep all parts of your entry to a single deviation. If you submit several entries for one adoptable, they will be judged separately.
8.You may enter for several adoptables in the same round, but you can only win one.

Rules for #114:
1. For the chance to win permission to design your own MTT completely from scratch, you have to draw a full color, full body picture of anyone else's existing MTT. You can find a comprehensive collection of ref sheets in ClubMTT .
2. Shading, background, etc is not mandatory, but will probably help.
3. The MTT you draw does not have to be one of mine, nor will you get bonus points for drawing one of mine. All MTTs are equal here. If you already have an MTT, it would be nice if you didn't just draw your own for this.

So I have my entree planned to be an older sibling of an already existing MTT, I am a tad worried about the coloration because I know the children acquire colors from both parents and the current MTT has 2 colors where the one I am planing to try out for has only one color. So I guess my question is if that is alright or if I can change a set of small markings to the second color.

the thing is, MTTs can and often do inherit marking colors and patterns from their parents, but it can also vary a lot! They can inherit only one color, or they can inherit their grandparents's colors, and the shades of colors can change between generations!
but that aside, I'd prefer it if the designs were kept the same for entries, but you can make small alterations once you have won the MTT!

And could I draw three people's MTTs for a CYO in seperate images to get three chances? Would it be possibly (however likely or unlikely) to win 2 CYOs? Or if I win one CYO can I not win the other? I don't think my chances are too great on winning, I just would like to know how the selection process works.

I would say anatomy tips & redlines are fine, just take care not to have someone redraw the entire thing for you.

500 words is really short though, at least for someone like me. xD Mind if I ask why that rule? Just curious of course, I mean no offense, just asking :3

both have to be 500 words together! So 250 words personality and 300 words history is too much. I think the rule got established once the amount of work in to the judging process increased - imagine having 20 entries consisting out of a thousand words, itll only take longer. 500 words is a lot less and easier to go through than those huge novels!

Am i allowed to add accessories and things like hologram 'images' to the tail and such? ^^
Also, does #110 sticki-fi its legs? Just little things i wanted to be sure i was allowed to do, it would be my first ever MTT~ ^.^ and i wanted to make such a unique personality~
