Extacee grew up in a family that lacked any real unity and emotional connection. Her parents certainly didn't love each other and were only still together for convenience's sake. Neither of them could be bothered to deal with the emotional needs of a child, and any time Extacee sought to connect with either of them, she was treated as a bother and shut out quickly. Her parents were never abusive though, and she had a safe and stable enough childhood. Just lacking in some respects. Cee soon learned that everything was easier when she just stayed quiet and did what her parents wanted her to do - which was to be little more than a trophy daughter. Cee did ballet as a child and teenager, up until she left home.

Because of the environment she grew up in, Cee is now a very quiet and reserved person. She has trouble expressing emotion, and most people who meet her think she's just an empty emotionless shell with little going on inside her head, bordering on phlegmatic. She always has a neutral or almost sad expression on her face, and she almost never laughs or even smiles. If you spend a little more time with her, however, you will start to notice the subtle ways the bright and colorful personality inside shines through, it's just subdued to the point where passers-by won't even notice it exists. For all that she doesn't express it, you could say Cee feels more strongly and deeply than the regular person.

Cee left home at 18 and made a life for herself in downtown Junction City. She now works as a go-go dancer in a few different clubs, dancing at each on different days of the week. Dancing is a channel for self-expression for her - normally timid and reserved, while dancing she seems like a different person entirely, fierce and vibrant.

Cee is in a relationship with Abacus, and they're a perfect match for each other, neither of them being overly expressive with their emotions. Cee's emotional needs are easily satisfied, so she doesn't need constant attention and is perfectly happy with just hanging around in comfortable silence with Abby, or watching him tinker on his gadgets.
