Yeah, it was cool. ^_^ I felt sad about that tree coming down though, it was one of my favourite things to see out of my window.

Interesting looking setting! Maybe you should try some nature photos. I've noticed you focus on people mostly but it might be a good change of pace. Even if you go back to mostly people-oriented photos, you might learn something new dealing with a completely different sort of subject.

I have very few like that at the moment, and am sadly fairly housebound right now. So the plants and such that are in the gallery are usually ones out of my yard

Only at the beach. I can't stand how my hills look in the summer in that awful dead color, it makes me feel sad, so I try to not take pictures of it. Seeing it once a year is often enough.

I've done the same thing, only I did it on a rope-bridge about 20 feet above a waterfall
