Member of the Interdimensional Patrol Force, Elton is an Artificial Intelligence created by an isolated genius that wanted to be a god while creating a biodroid body for themselves. Known across thousands of dimensions as an infamous ninja, he and the Interdimensional Patrol Force enforce the law and maintain order regularly, from making arrests to keeping the peace to solving mysteries and crimes. Despite this he and the team work as an effective unit, never bickering or getting into conflicts with each other.
Elton was originally an Artificial Intelligence that served a brilliant but severely ill scientist of the side branch of a government organisation. As it learned a variety of subjects and developed itself, the scientist was working on a perfect body to transfer their consciousness into. But one day, the scientist succumbed to their illness and left the body incomplete as a result. The AI then saw his chance to borrow the body and became known as Elton ever since while continuing to study various subjects and master Ninjutsu in its entirety. When Dolan found him, he thought that he was an enemy due to the unregistered biodroid body and after a one sided fight, the two became allies. He also undertakes secret missions from the Interdimensional Patrol Force and from government officials.
Nowadays she is one of the most feared, respected and well known crime fighters in several dimensions and the group is the most famous law enforcers in most dimensions.

Elton is a Biodroid; an bioengineered life-form design to be a perfect form of organic being resembling actual life created through artificial bio-technology, capable of being anything their makers wish for them to be having perfectly organic and programmable status that grants them all of their necessary and perfectly design organic material to make them perfectly functional life-forms.
Much like their mechanical counterpart android , biodroid are artificially created being but are purely organic with bio-programmable biology, physiology, appearance, personality, etc, even to the genetic levels capable of being anything their makers designs them to be from entities enhanced with anything they need for any given purpose they where program for.
Artificial Intelligence Physiology: User with this ability can transform into Artificial Intelligence . Artificial Intelligence usually have the ability to control nearby technology and sometimes possess it. The user may be able to control technology to as far as to possess a mechanical armor.

Artificial Physiology: The user is a being (mechanical, organic, etc.) created through various artificial means.

Combat Merging: Users who have  supernatural powers/abilities can learn to infuse their combat styles with them.
They can developed a vagabond form of combat, picking up moves if traveled around the world and adapt those techniques to their own personal style. They can chain together a series of strikes and attacks in rapid succession on opponents, giving them little time to recover.

Space Police: The user is a police officer that operates in outer space, usually as part of a larger peacekeeping/law enforcement operation.

Supernatural Genetics: The user possesses supernatural qualities in their genetic make-up, granting them biological advancement and characteristics which can empower the users to have supernatural capabilities, enhancements and powers coming from their respective genetic/genomes sources.
User's entire biology is supernaturally enhanced which can differ from either hereditary , mystical , scientific  (biological or otherwise, such as nanotechnological or nubotechnological modification) means.
Supernatural Life-Force: User possesses massive reserves of life energy, which also acts as a reliable power source that aids in their longevity, power, stamina, vitality, and healing capabilities, allowing them to withstand and survive even the most strenuous and life threatening circumstances.
Supernatural Mind: User's mental abilities are glaringly, obviously and super/unnaturally superior over others in their universe because their capabilities are far beyond natural levels; making them smarter, more clever and wiser than regular beings (in that verse) can achieve by seemingly any method of training.

For example, if someone with Electric Manipulation  combines an attack with someone that used an attack with Water Manipulation . Not only do they do more damage than their attacks alone, but most likely be done at a bigger radius to take out more foes. Super-powered teams are not just for battle, some power combinations can save someone or some people for certain doom. An example would be when someone with Magnetism Manipulation  and someone with Telekinesis  lifts a heavy metal object that neither could do alone to give people time to escape from harm's way.
Some team combinations are usually done by teams or crew, but they are more effective if the users practice enough.
Unfortunately, some combinations are ineffective against a certain being or fail to take out the whole army if the wrong power(s) are used.

Technorganic Physiology: Technorganic describes the melding of technological and biological components into a single entity, fused at the cellular level. Technorganic entity could be considered a form of cyborg. Users are to use the abilities of their robot to a variety of technological effects. The user can also be organic beings with just mechanical components such as a robotic arm. There are some ways that cyborgs can be equally stronger than ordinary robots. As such, they may have an actual brain rather than an artificial intelligence, thus making them think much more creatively or even perhaps have an AI, but with the AI and the person's brain working well in sync. Most cyborgs would may also have a robotic voice change as well.

Unrestricted Movement: User can fluidly move around in any environment or conditions, allowing feats such as kicking off any/all surfaces including intangible and ever-changing surfaces. They can move with complete ease on land, air, water or anything else.
The user's movements can not be bound, restricted or sealed in any way, allowing them to ignore things like Binding , Acceleration , and even Inertia . They can treat any substance, terrain or angle as if it was a solid, flat and smooth surface.
