Here I did Merycochoerus proprius, an oreodont from early Miocene North America.
Top is a realistic digital reconstruction, middle is a stylised one inspired by Mark Demsteader's paintings, and bottom is a traditional one.
Oreodonts were a group of artiodactyls that flourished during the Oligocene and Miocene epoch. Closest to modern camels, they occupied a variety of niches from grazer to browser. In the case of M. proprius, it is believe to have been more of a grazer.
