Great job on her pose and the positioning of her arms.  You can almost sense her twisting at the hips as she YANKS and one foot then JERKS at the other, trying to free her stuck feet from the mud.  Impressive strength is depicted in her legs, and love her facial expression as she look perplexed at being stuck in the ground.

Very cute! 
I like her rather short dress it looks more dynamic and reveals her beautiful legs.
The simplicity of how you drew the mud let it look very soft and smooth,
guaranteed a soft descending!
