I've been wanting to animate Evan shapeshifting for... years actually lol
It's not perfect, as usual, but I spent a lot of time on it and I like some parts so I thought I'd share ! It's tricky to animate a transformation, but I'm not afraid of making weird/creepy things haha

Some parts would have been better with more inbetweens but this is 12 frames/s so it's either too slow or too fast... uhm, from what I've done until now, 15frames/s is my best compromise I think
