Oh wow. The perspective and poses are amazing. Hulk's leg in general looks a bit skinny, but honestly I didn't even notice until I read Dogtagz's comment.
Ever tried using Daz Studio to make yourself references? They even have a pre-made giant buff character, I forgot what it's called though.

This is looking sweet as hell
One thing that sticks out right off the bat is Hulks right foot... its looking a little skinny compared to the rest of him, and maybe you should project his foot into the camera, kinda like he's going for a big stomp on Spidey
Even if your going for something else in this pic, his right leg needs a little tweaking, but this is looking amazing so far!! Keep it up

thanks for the great feedback and i def. agree...i reworked that leg a couple of times but after it was all drawn, i was actually unhappy with hulk as a whole...it doesnt feel very strong so i'm kind of upset about that...but it def. a learning experience so expect some more updates and such...
