not really the site itself but other people who visit the site can commission the artists to do pictures or other people on the outside world have paid the artist to do the picture they post. There is also an art job forum on here where people solicit work and jobs. May want to check that out if you're looking for work

silver samurai wasn't part of weapon X was he? anyways, wonderful work as always. it's nice to see your stuff colored in cuz it adds a depth that black and white sketches dont really have at least to me. hmm awesome dynamic poses and some sweet as effects and lighting.
