Sorry for not uploading in a while but here is more StandTale

In this universe the royal guard doesn't exist, instead there's a "Stand Guard" it serves the same purpose of protecting the underground and capturing humans but it is way more accesible, you just need a stand capable of fighting and be willing to at least capture a human, they also don't need a captain cause Asgore is already the leader, everyone takes direct orders from him, that obviously means that Undyne is no longer captain, she's just one of the most well known Stand Users in the underground as she was trained by Asgore himself.

When Undyne was a child she begged Asgore to train her, even if she didn't have a stand, she desired to fight humans one way or another, Asgore for a long time denied her this as it was too dangerous but one day he saw Undyne training by herself, the kind of training she was doing hasn't been seen by a monster in years as it was deemed illegal because it was incredibly dangerous, killing thousands of monsters, to stop her from doing something so dangerous Asgore agreed to train her, she didn't have a stand so Asgore tached her in an ancient technique used before Stands where discovered, Hamon energy, an energy that long ago Humans and Monsters used to defeat the vampire kingdom that wished to enslave humans and monsters alike, it was hard at first for her but she got used to the training, the one thing that frustrated Undyne was that she could never land a single hit on the king, one day as they were training, her desire to be strong like Asgore awakened her stand which made her ble to almost knock out Asgore, she didn't feel happy for that but Asgore seemed surprised at just how strong her stand was.
The next months she perfected her stand's ability until she felt ready to join the Stand Guard, it took only weeks for her name to be known across the Underground.
She now lives in waterfall where she once met Alphys and quickly became friends, Undyne still lives there, she can't wait for the day a human gets there so she can finally test her strength.

Neutral/Pacifist Route:
Frisk will met Undyne as soon as they enter waterfall, Undyne will do the usual of chasing Frisk around throwing her energy spears, the interactions are mostly the same in this section (as a fun fact: during this section Undyne does a fake deep voice to be intimidating but she stops when her fight begins cause she doesn't care anymore)
Once Papyrus joins Frisk, they'll chat about Undyne, Papyrus will tell Frisk that maybe if they talk with her they can get her on their side, her Frisk can choose if they go to Undyne's house or not
If they don't go, only thing that happens is that Undyne keeps hating the humans in the neutral ending.
If they go, Undyne will invite Papyrus to cook something with her and then he introduces Frisk, the hang out with Undyne goes the same but it includes an actual second battle that lasts until Undyne figures out the Frisk doesn't want to fight, in that point she gives up cause Frisk makes her remember Asgore, she won't hold any grudge against Frisk and now will think that some humans may be good, in that moment this conversation happens:
Papyrus: SO, WILL YOU JOIN US IN THIS JOURNEY???
Undyne: Oh yeah, of course... NOT, that's like super high treason, i like you guys but i don't like you THAT much, good luck anyway punks!
After that Papyrus will tell her that she can go to his house now that Undyne's is destroyed, reluctantly Undyne agrees.
From now on Undyne will be in Papyrus's house until a pacifist ending is started where the usual call and asking to deliver a letter to Alphys will happen as usual.
If the pacifist ending is reached, she'll go try to stop Asgore's fight but she's too late, Toriel already stopped it, she will the be used by Flowey to fulfill his plan

Genocide Route:
This will be a post of it's own

Her Stand is called Spear of Justice, it's ability is to summon spears from any physical surface where they can be launched at a range of 10 meters, after which they'll disappear, Undyne can summon spears around her and after that she'll imbue them in Hamon energy making them 10 times stronger and she's able to control her trajectory, the stand seems able to summon 10 spears at the same time.
If she sees the opportunity she will throw a powerful hamon attack, what she usually does is imbue her hair in hamon energy and use it to attack, that's why her hair is that long.
