SLOTH
is one of the seven capital sins, often called the seven deadly sins; these sins are called the capital sins because they destroy charity in the person's heart and thus may lead to final impenitence and eternal death. Sloth is defined as spiritual and/or actual apathy, putting off what God asks you to do, or not doing it or anything at all. Acedia is a Latin word, from Greek akedia, literally meaning "absence of caring". Acedia is also deemed to lead to God's wrath. Sloth can also concern wasting due to lack of use or allowing entropy, expanding into almost any person, place, thing, skills, or intangible ideal that would require maintenance, refinement and/or support to continue to exist. Ooh, fancy.
First of all, love all the ruffles--it's the most obvious thing I see that stands out...a lot. I like how the fabric wraps around the bodice to signify how people are sometimes "wrapped" in their own unimportant desires, which I think describes sloth perfectly.
However, I think this dress is a bit flamboyant for the sin. Sloth is portrayed by mostly laziness and carelessness. Your design is too fancy. Blue is the most obvious color to choose for sloth, but this shade of blue is too deep for the sin. I've always pictured that sloth would be a soft hue of blue to represent calmness and a laid-back feeling, but maybe that's just me.
But all in all, I like the creativity of the dress. It's definitely something you need to succeed in the fashion industry. I'm certain you'll go far.

I think there's no words to describe what an excellent job you made here. I always liked the capital sins, but also felt identified with Sloth, it's like, I'm sloth herlself or something 
The color is awesome, perfect for this sin, and my favorite too! This is the kind of dress I'd love to see on the runway one day, or actually even have the pleasure to wear it! You caught perfection in a dress, which is so great!

My "little" critique 
Vision:
Because of the color and a little bit fantasy 'bout the form of the dress: 5 stars! It truly fits to Sloth.
Originality:
I think you're the only one who designs dresses with the topic "T7DS". (And IF somebody tries to design dresses with the same theme I'm pretty sure he/she isn'nearly as awesome as you are. 
Technique: star:
Mostly this is the longest part
I gave 5 stars because it really looks like "Sloth". The color blue describes the sin exactly: Lazy,slow and sluggardly.
It looks like the quillings are preventing the girl to move. Everything simply falls down and stops her own will. Amazing!
I'm pretty sure she still wants to reach everything.
Impact:
If I could wear this dress I would almost feel like the queen of sloth. *instant-

I like it. The colour is perfect for it, the cut and wraps are delightful for the eye, and it passes me a calm and lazy, funny feeling, like the beginning of falling asleep. You can't help but feel dazed about it.
