I really love Vile's original themes. The first one just had that sense of danger and intimidation you felt wondering what's going to happen in X1. So it makes sense I drew this while listening to the piece (and some remixes). I also really love the whole one red eye detail the Ruby Spears cartoon made; it just adds to the mood. The moment here is just after Zero sacrificed himself; you realized it's far from over....

I have to admit, the lines on the smoke look terrible, but I was lazy to make it seem like smoke and stand out from Vile correctly.

No man, It doesn't look bad at all, very stylized.
I was just having a bit of fun. The idea of somebody ripping up boxes and throwing the shreds at Vile. Just to have him tilt his head and say all menacing; "that's not going to work", gave me a good chuckle is all. Just thought I'd share.
