More like an Escort cruiser than a light cruiser, as the Halcyon class would later be re-designated as a Light Cruiser.

yea thats true. it was mainly redclasified because the newer classes such as marathon, have what i would like to say. large caliber weapons on the top of the hull. i will show it more when i draw it. iv also got a light cruiser ship however this ship dates back before the UNSC covenant war and back to the insurrectionist war. and this ship was on the insurrectionist side. "how it gets on the inssurectonst side." who knows XD



it looks more striped down. with alot of engine showing which is a major weakness. im pretty sure i will change that

It could have begun it's initial career as an alternative to the standard UNSC Destroyer design but fell out of favor and was given to the insurrectionists to prove it's superiority, the Insurrectionists instead chose to convert it into a light cruiser.
